Established in 2002, JMP Trucking & Excavation, LLC has offered the highest quality excavation, grading and  general contracting services to Southern Vermont and Southern New Hampshire. We work with the areas leading building contractors, concrete contractors, engineers, plumbers, electricians, foresters as well as local municipalities and state agencies. One thing that sets us apart is the fact that the same person you consult with about your project, Jason M Perry, is the same person that will figure your pricing and complete your project. There is no information that gets lost in translation.

LAND CLEARING
Many projects start with land in its raw form. Whether working with a forester, the general contractor or the homeowner themselves, we have the tools and the expertise to get you raw land project ready. If the project is large enough, we coordinate with a local logging company to cut and clear the land of unwanted yet marketable timber. The remaining trees brush and stumps are typically disposed of on site.
COMPLETE HOUSE SITE WORK
Whether you project requires a concrete slab on grade, frost walls, precast piers or a full basement, we have the ability accurately lay out your project and excavate for your concrete contractor. With the use of laser transits, we can excavate your project with great accuracy, avoiding over digging and compaction issues. All utilities are roughed in , perimeter and footing drainage installed and backfilled with proper material. All while being very mindful of your new green concrete.
UTILITIES OF ALL TYPES
Most projects require utilities. Those could be water, electricity, gas, telephone, municipal sewer or private septic. This can also include solar or backup generator. Every utility has a specification that it needs to be installed at, all of which we are familiar with. We have also worked with many different products over the years, from ductile iron, PVC, C-900, CTS poly, standard poly, copper etc etc. We are also fully insured to work within municipalities, state and private utilities Rights of Way ( ROW ).
PONDS

Already have a pond that needs to be rehabilitated?
We can help with both. We can obtain all necessary permits from state and local wetlands engineers and will guide you through the process. Whether for irrigation, recreation or wildlife we can help.
AGGREGATE AND EQUIPMENT TRANSPORT
With our own commercial trucks, we try do do as much trucking of our material in house. However, should the project require mass quantities of material or to keep the project on schedule, we can hire in trucking services from a selection of companies that meet our standards.
We also transport our own equipment, allowing us to agile and be able to come and go from projects as necessary.
